Wal-Mart means progress
for Waynesburg
A real department store, Wal-Mart, is finally coming to Waynesburg
and what do the people do ? They complain. When you look at other
cities in other counties, what do you see? Progress. The Washington
area is growing at a frantic pace, as are Uniontown and Morgantown.
Waynesburg seems to be content with its dollar discount stores (two
of which are the same ), grocery stores and fast-food restaurants.
Time seems to stand still here.
They didn't support
Clinton
It is shocking to me the great lengths Republicans or Bush-lovers
take to protect the president. Nancy Bell's letter, "Bush is
working to help the American people," is the typical rhetoric
used to shield President Bush from criticism.
